New to forum, have questions on abs workouts and supplements

Hi, Im new to this forum. Im sure you have heard these questions before, but I have done searches and have not found an answer. Im going to be 18 soon, im 5'9 140lbs. I wrestled all through high school, I wrestled at 130 this year. I can only bench 140lbs and my squat is 305. I really want to have a visible six pack, I know how to work hard I just need some tips. I have been doing crunches as well as running 3 miles everyday. What else should I do?

What exactly does ab-solved do? I also have read on this site that cutting gels do not work. My friend used cutting gel and the results seemed to good to be true. He wasnt very lean either. Sorry about all the questions, I really need to know.

    Thanks!!

    Hey

    Welcome to the board...

First off, dont waste your money on cutting/ripping gels...They dont work. But if you really wana waste your money on something simular, just get preperation H..>Does the SAME thing!

Ok, now the abs. The only way to get visable abs is to get your body fat low enough to seem them...You can do a million crunches a day, but have a layer of fat over them and you will never see them.

To get your BF lower, you need to diet. Read up some articles on this site on how to cutt.
