Hi all,
I've been doing cardio for awhile and was thinking that it's time for me to take in the rewards of HIIT. I'm still new to the idea, so if anyone can offer any experiences or explantions, that would be freat. What kind of stuff can I do at the gym for HIIT? Can anyone recommend a routine? Thanks.

Bike, treadmill and elyptical will all work, wind sprints if you have a track.Originally posted by ripperx

typical is 20 minutes in duration, there are different variations, you could do one minute high intensity, one minute low, or one minute high, 2 minutes low, etc.
