    A few new questions....

My main goal is to get strong, size is important, but I'd rather build lean muscle than get HUGE. Eating has become a chore, and my daily protein intake is 50grams. I weigh 153lbs as of today. Any suggestions?

After reading a bit, I do think I'm hitting the gym too much, but it bugs me, cause my muscles don't the soreness or tight feeling after a really good work out and I go back to hit em again. I go every day, alternating muscle groups. Should I skip more?

1 more thing, people are always telling me to do cardio, but I was reading the most recent issue of men's fitness, and it said that lifting was a good form of cardio. So am I safe with spending my time just lifting, or do I need to hit the treadmill?

And PLEASE tell me how to get rid of the love handles? I mean, i pretty much ahve a 6 pack, but I still have some wiggle on my sides, any workouts, I've really leaned my diet, just to get enough fat for muscle building.

    Thanks in advance,
    Asad

Eat 25-30 calories per pound of bodyweight, every day. And do Westside training.

You really have to figure out what you, and then research on how to do it. How's your diet? How's your supplementation? How's your training ACTUALLY look? How's your water intake? How's your rest? There is so much stuff we have to know, to help you out. Give us some more info, and we'll do our best.

Wow, that is going to lead to some serious fat gain. I think most people can get away with 20 calories per pound of bodyweight and still make decent gains.

50 grams of protein, is that a mistype, cause if it's not then you gotta be gettin a lot more, 1-1.5 grams per lbm, be sure to eat plenty of good fats and complex carbs at your weight i would start off around 3,000 cals a day, chart down what you eat, and if you aren't gaining to your pleasure after a week or two, up the cals by 250 a day. Gaining about 1-2 lbs a week is the most you want to do
