Chest design: Error!!
Haylo everybody!
I've been working out for about 18 months, mostly to loose fat, I lost about 35 pounds of fat, and gained some muscle. My body is quite good, all parts are just how I "currently" want them to be. but, I have one problim, I still didn't get a flat chest and still didn't get a "line" between them, the gap between the two chests is big.. Any suggestions on diet/excersice ? Thanks ![]() |

Chest shape is purely genetics, your best bet is to just gain mass, and hopefully it'll fill out.
