    Talking new Bench PR

I just hit 290 for one rep, yeaaaaaaaaaaahh. I tried to get 300 but could only get it about half way up. Hopefully in two weeks when we have our final exam for weightlifting and max out, ill be able to get it.

10 pounds in 2 weeks would be really good unless you are pretty new.

    Good luck, and congrats!

Hell, 290 is cause for celebration. I was so happy when I hit 265 the other day. I was stuck at 250 for a while until I started varying my workouts a little bit every time. Variety is key. Keep up the good work!

    Way to go Kid!
Excellent work. At some point, my bench will be past the "pathetic" point. LOL.
