Well I would say to wear clean underwear, but I'm sure Under Armour can provide that.

check out the thread Fit Freak posted up for J'bo in the diet section about sodium depleting/loading, you could try carb depleting/loading and you can give niacin a try before hand to see if you get a bad reaction to it (might get rashes, redspots on skin). There's little you can do other than that.

Niacin is SUPPOSED to make your skin "flush". However the more you take, tghe more you get used to it. Also known as B3.

i wouldn't suggest a carb load for a photo shoot unless you've done them before and really know what works best with your body. i did one (and followed exact instructions) for my first contest and i woke up holding tons of water and smooth on the morning of the show. definitely learn how you respond and practice before the date if you go the carb load route.

i have never had any underamour stuff, but i have rash guards that are the same thing for surfing, they are sweet cause they just suck up against your muscles. Underarmour gear ain't cool though when you see really overweight people wearing them around town like regular shirts. Sorry but if you ain't got it, don't flaunt it

get an egg, its a mix on a long board and a short board, maybe about 8 feet long will do ya. It has a rounded front like a longboard. If you can't find that go with a longboard? Don't try to learn on a short board. Also get a used board, or even a foam board to start off on. As for tips on how to surf , i'm not really the best surfer out there, more of a bodyboarder and bodysurfer, but just be patient with it. There's nothing more euphoric then riding a wave into shore. The first time it feels like your going 100 mph
