I'm a 21 yr old fulltime college student and I've been on a pretty busy exercise routine and diet for over a year now. During the past year, I've lost 25 lbs and I weigh about 120. I have no problem with my weight, but I'm frustrated with certain body areas.
I recently won my university scholarship pageant and I have decided to enter preliminaries. My figure right now will not look good in swimsuit and heels. I find that my biggest problem areas are my thighs, hips, and butt. I feel that my waist could be more trimmed and I have some fat in the armpit area that shows when i have my arms to the side. My arms are quite toned and my abs look decent. The exercise routine is as follows:

Run/30 min. cardio/arms-2x a week
Run/30 min. cardio/legs-2x a week
run/cardio

I've never worked with a trainer and I have come quite far, but I have no clue how to structure my workout. I could also use some dieting tips. Please help!!!
