    Priority Training

Yo, I have a bunch of strength training workouts made for my partner and I by a very reputable strength training coach that I would be willing to trade for anyone who can find me a workout with priority training for arms and shoulders. I was a powerlifter for a long time, and now my body can't take it. I want to train my arms hard because I never specifically focused on them as a powerlifter. I want to train my shoulders hard because, well, they're my best body part and I want to make them even better. Let me know what you come up with!. Thanks.

just make them a priority in your workouts, its that simple. I don't understand where the confusion is?

I understand the concept. I just wanted to know if anyone had experimented with priority training that included twice a week training for the selected body parts, light/heavy days, things like that. If they had, I was just asking to see the workouts. If you can't help me, no need to reply.

I wasn't trying to be rude man. nothing wrong with training them twice a week at all. I have had dynamic/static training days before and liked that experience. Remember that you can train the same bodypart with different movements and stimulate different fibers and its not overtraining. pick different movements for each day and have a heavy training session and a light one. As for the arms, the bis recover quicker than any other muscle. you can train them multiple times a week very easily. I like to include some things like rear delts and traps with my back and thats a way of training them more than once a week on a different plane. We don't know what it is that you already do so its hard to comment on what you should do. peace

Thanks a lot man. I've been doing pretty instinctual training for a while, and it's started to make my workouts kind of lazy and unfocused, so I guess I am now trying to narrow down a plan and stick to it. Thanks for the help. Lata.
