    PS/PH Training

    Just curious how many of you up your workout time, sets, and intensity during a cycle. I would imagine you could take advantage working out say twice a day with your improved recovery time. Or do you guys just do basically the same thing as when off. I would say you’re not taking full advantage of your cycle; just a thought. Has anybody tried it out, what did you think?

    I was reading from a Dan Duchaine book that cortisol is lower when you train a single day in the gym. Mine may change but its not immediate, right now my training is almost just like natural, I "cant" handle more at the moment. Deep into a cycle like last time though I ended up training the whole body over my normal 5 days and sometimes not taking any of my weekends off, I'd train around the week until 2 or 3 weeks later I would take a break.

    Then again gear is a better "cortisol blocker" than most anti-cortisol drugs on the market, he claims though that clen is pretty good at this, hard to say though as some of his information was proven bunk.

    Right now some parts of mine are sore from one workout all the way to a day or two before the next. Tomorow I do chest and barely as of today it is not sore if I flex it, generally speaking if I were to train say chest with sore triceps or chest, I would be weaker.

    I will give it a shot when I start my m1t cycle, just waiting for my tamoxifen and milk thistle to arrive before I even touch it. Will train twice a day (morning and afternoon) instead of once like I have always done and see how I respond.
