    My Waist Shrinks After Workouts

    Why?

    What causes this?

For The Record, I don't have a stomach.

My waist drops down to like 26 inches after
a workout. (27 inch is my normal)

    Well.

    I am a guy. That's pretty small for a man's waist.

I would hate to think that my waist will eventually
    settle at 26 inches.

Actually, I'm happy with my size. I'm more over
what you call a ripped dude. I perfer definition
over size. I like the idea of having on a suit,
and, you can't tell, I workout.

I just need to have all my suit slacks taken
in and wear suspenders due to my small waist.

I would hate to see my waist go down to 26
from 27, and, as wondering why my waist
    gets smaller after a workout.

    Thanks for the input.

Is it possible that it's excessive water loss? Do you sweat a lot during your workout?
