    wrist hurts, 3 weeks, only trian right side?

    It's been 3 weeks and my wrist hasnt gotten better so I'm gonna try to see the doc this week and see wahts wrong

    should goto the gym and just work the right side or just rest till I find out whats wrong?

    btw. im a right hander, so my left side is already smaller than my right side
    ASDF!

    I would say just take some time off, you never really want to work only one side without working the other as well. And if you can't work your left and iots already smaller then your right definatly don't go to the gym to lift. Maybe take some time or cardio.

    I agree with what DeadBolt mentioned. Take some time off, you don’t want to be training your right side if it is already ahead of your left side. It will just make it worst. BTW, I’m right handed, yet my left seems to grow better

    just working one side would be the dumbest thing you could do, like that greek hero who had a burly throwing arm and wimpy opposite arm. Try to do some leg work and some cardio and wait till the wrist is better to lift upper body, maybe incorporate some swimming or shadow boxing to work the upper body in the meantime

    It's the same for me. My bicep is noticeably bigger on my left arm.
