    Rest After Only 7 Weeks?

I'm considering taking this week off of lifting. Although it has only been 7 weeks since my last week off, I feel that I might need to. I went to an all day concert on Saturday. I got terrible sunburn, I'm still extremely sore, and I just feel wishy washy. Does anyone think it would be a bad idea to take a week off so soon? I feel like I'm not listening to my body if I don't take this week off.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I figured that is the best idea. I will be starting GoPro's P/RR/S routine when I come back, so it is probably a good idea to make sure I'm fully healed anyway. In the mean time I think I will play basketball more often just to keep me somewhat active.

Yeah it was awesome. Jay-Z was good, but I wasn't in the crowd for him. The Offspring had awesome mosh pits. I must have gone in 20 pits during their session. I didn't do any crowd surfing, but I made sure to hurl anyone who came over my head.
