    Post Hammer Curls

During bicep training, do you guys find Hammer Curls to be effective? Cause I rarely try it but my gym trainer says it's a good exrcise. What are your opinions?

Hammer curls are very effective and they're one of my favorites! I do all variations but I especially like doing them on an incline bench.

Hammer curls are probally the most effective exercise for your elbow flexors.
A study that was published in Bajaslims(sp), "Muscles Alive" stated that a EMG test showed that all the muscles involved in flexing the elbow were recruited.

Hammer curls are very good. I work them into every other bicep session. When you bring the dumbell up, squeeze your bicep for that extra pump.
