    Dude! You Live Here!!!!!

That's what this guy said to me last night

I took off Monday I guess he took
    off as well

    Hey!!!

How fast does your body grows accustomed
    to a certain amount weight.

I've noticed I can jump 10 pounds heavier
    within a week's period.

Others I've spoken to, say they need 2 - 3
weeks, where some say a month or two

    Just wondering

    Thanks!

it's only safe to gain about 4 pounds a month. more than that is a bit too much for your body to handle

    Opps!!!!!

    I'm sorry.

My question was used in the wrong context.

When lifting weights, how long do you stay with
that weight before moving to heavier weights.

    1 week

    2 - 3 weeks

    1 - 2 months

I generally go 10 pounds heavier each week.

Just wondering if anyone else is doing this
    as well.

If you’re a beginner that sound about right. For a natural advance lifter 10lbs a week is a dream come true. Imagine that I would be Squating, Cleaning and benching over 2000lbs in the next 4 years if it worked that way…

It really depends. Sometimes when I start doing a lift I have never done before I can go up pretty quickly. Some body parts advance faster than others. There is no set trend that I have noticed.
