    Plyometrics

I currently do a 3 day split, sorta. I do full body workouts, mon, wed, fri. On tuesday and thursday I usually do abs, then rest on the weekend. Now im trying to fit in some plyometrics. Would it be best to do them on my ab days? or do them on the weekend?

I usually do some after my workouts. 1 to 2 times per week, for 10 to 15 minutes.

If you're bulking, then you might want to do them on the weekend. If you're cutting, maintaining, or even doing a lean bulk then you may want to do them right after you workouts so you can oxidize fat better with depleted glycogen stores.
