    chest twice a week?

    i can only workout mon - thursday .. so im doing a 3 day split

    monday ive been doing chest and biceps... about 10 sets for chest.. i was thinking of doing 5 - 6 sets on monday at lets say ... heres an example
    (only listing sets for chest)

    monday .. 5 - 6 sets 2 - 6 reps
    thursday .. 5 - 6 sets 6 - 10 reps
    monday 5 - 6 sets 8 - 12 reps
    thursday - speed benching and 2 sets of supersets

    Try it and see how it works for you. Some people respond pretty good to more frequent workouts. You can never know until you try it.

    yes you can do that with chest or any other bodypart. in a 7 day period there is no difference between doing 10 sets one day or 5 sets 2x a week. depending on how long it takes you to properly warm-up your chest (or any other body part) it may or may not be beneficial...

    for me it takes forever for my chest to warm-up. so some of my heavy sets on bench are actually easier than the warm-up sets...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    good deal ill try it out.... i was thinking of using these excersises...

    flat bench 3 sets incline dumbells 3 sets
    --------------------------------
    decline bench 3 sets flat dumbells 3 sets
    --------------------------------
    inlcline flyes 3 sets pec dec 3 sets
    --------------------------------
    speed benching (10 sets of 3) and supersets (2 sets)
