    GoPro

    Hello,

I would like to ask just to clarify myself.
On GoPro's program he does not workout on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday? Does days are days to rest??

I am asking that because I read a thread about GoPro's workout a week ago (may, 24 04) and want to start this program this week, since I lost some weight and want to start bulking.

Another thing. Is it possible to take H.E.A.T. nd Sesathin together with L-Glutamin and still get goos results to gain volume?

    Thanks

There are others who can answer q's about this program better than me. In fact, I'm only a P/RR/S newbie. I'm not starting the program until next week, but I believe those are the rest days. I'm following the basic program as written, but I'm sure that you can use whatever rest days fit your schedule.

Personally I wouldn't take HEAT or sesathin while bulking but that's just me. I don't gain muscle easily.

The P-RR-S program that Gopro has posted is an outline. You don't have to follow it to a tee. You can tailor it to your needs. Just make sure you throw some rest days in throughout the week.

I always recommend that non-drug taking trainees train no more than 4 days per week, and never more than 2 days in a row. I like to train M/T/TH/FRI, but on occassion will train M/W/TH/SAT or some other similar combo.

As far as supplements go, what is your primarly goal?

First of all thx for the reply gopro!!

I just got off of a diet. I was weighting 220 and now I am 190. I still have a bit of fat on my body, but enough that I can start with the weights again. I was doing only aerobic exercises when on diet. I am 6'2 30 years old and looking to bulk since I am not on a diet anymore.
I have bought H.E.A.T. and sesathin to try to lose some of this little fat.
Not to get you confused gopro. Ehehehe
I really want to burn this thin layer of fat I still have and bulk. That’s for sure.
I have bought VXP products in the past. Syngex 1 and 2. Do u think I should go for that or should I try to get cut and then bulk since it is summer soon.
    Thanks a lot!! Jay_d

Well, you cannot burn off fat and bulk at the same time. You need to decide for yourself what your priority is right now and gear your program toward it. It IS possible to burn fat and still slowly add muscle tissue but this takes a very carefully laid out diet and supplementation schedule. Just understand that you cannot burn fat and build enormous amounts of muscle at the same time (unless you were on steroids, GH, etc.). With a very high protein diet that is not overly restricted in calories + a good prohormone cycle you could build some muscle and still drop bodyfat, but unless you focus on one goal entirely, your progress cannot be optimized in either direction.

    Ok gopro!
    Thanks again man!!

I decided to go for a cut cycle of 9 weeks, since I already bought H.E.A.T. and sesathin.
After I am done with the 9 weeks cycle of your workout program I will take a week of like u say and then I start with a cycle of syngex 1 and 2.
What do u think? Sounds good?
    I hope so...
Anyway, Thanks again for all the help.
The best of luck for u buddy.

Well of course your lifting schedule won't work like mine. That method works just fine too. You have to fit lifting into your life however you can.
