anyone tried that? reading in all these magz, they claim take this special supplement, and work out the arms all day for like 12 hours, says 5 days later u should have increased ur arms by 1/2in. , possible? anyone tried? prolly gonna over train and shrink ur arms i would think...... thoughts anyone?

miked79 unless your on steroids or something like probodybuilders drop gain 30pounds like it was nothing, you really cannot physically make those gains at all it would probably take you over a month with the PERFECT diet, PERFECT routine, but yeh like that sounds a bit to "just buy this make us rich and u can be fooled" typa scenario
