workout video
what do u guys think of this,,im looking for some tips on how to lift the right way without hurting my self and this is cheaper than a trainer!

unless you have a gym in your living room, I'd recommend a trainer. It's much safer if there's someone watching you doing an exercise and correcting you if necessary.
