Before Bed Workout

Hey!

I have a one Weider 35 pound barbell, and was thinking it would be cool to do some squats with it before I hit the sack. Possibly some weighted situps as well.

Anybody doing a "Before Bed Workout"

Well I wouldn't suggest you squat everynight before bed, but working abdominals before bed is cool. Make sure you have nice, smooth form if you decide to do weighted ab movements.

that's because you are putting your body in a catabolic state before sleep...

Because training the same muscle group every day can lead to over training that muscle.
