I have a one Weider 35 pound barbell, and was thinking it would be cool to do some squats with it before I hit the sack. Possibly some weighted situps as well.

Well I wouldn't suggest you squat everynight before bed, but working abdominals before bed is cool. Make sure you have nice, smooth form if you decide to do weighted ab movements.

i do all mine at nite as this is the only time that works in my life(20 month old) and it works great for me. getting great gains![]()
