Okay, I cant seem to make up my mind on cutting. So far, my plan is to wake up in the morning and run a mile or walk 30 minutes before eating...also staying away from sugar...eating all carbs in the morning and right after workout. Working out 5 days a week, doing 45 minutes of workout, an hour of cardio. Im not sure if i should take creatine...my other question is, is low-carb okay for cutting? Only eating around 50g a day of carbs??? Or maybe the Subway diet??? I weigh 180 now, i want to get down to 160 by September 4th. I also want to make sure i get lots of calcium, so ill take a calcium vitamin in the mornings. Also, is taking lots of protein a good idea?? I also want to know if glutamine is a good idea??
