    Talking Walking!!!!

Hi I had to share this!!…
Walking is amazing!! I walk an hour everyday with my dog around my neighborhood, I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and I’ve lost 5 pounds!! But I am also eating better too, no junk food at all…I don’t even have cravings for them anymore! It’s great!! I am just thrilled with the results I am getting from walking, just yesterday I tried on a pair of jeans that didn’t fit me before, and guess what! I am wearing them now! It’s amazing, I feel and look better…I love walking because you don’t have to break out a big sweat and it’s easy and the results are great…I don’t have big hips anymore!! I usta have big thighs and now they are much leaner and sexy! = )

I just wanted to know if anyone else shares my love for long walks? & wanted to share this to anyone wanting to get leaner, I assure you that it's the easiest thing that works!

I split my cardio between walking and riding a recumbant bike. I have 2 dogs that are always ready to go for walk. I usually walk 30-40 minutes and try to walk in the mornings when it is cooler. I usually walk 2 mornings a week and ride the bike 3 mornings a week.

awesome, keep it up, whatever floats your boat in terms of exercise. Walking is great, for me I am more of an intensity type person but i walk whenever i get the chance too, like to the bank or the store, it just feels refreshing, lets you clear your mind, and loosens the body. It is also a lot easier thing to do when you live in san diego when the winters are a mild 65 degrees.

Too many people underestimate a good long walk. I do them occasionally for fun, but not as a regular part of my exercise routine. I find them relaxing and enjoyable.

I'm glad to hear that you are getting active and eating healthy. Feel free to come back and ask questions if you have any future plans for your exercise routine.

Great idea. A lot less stressful. Not having to deal with bad drivers and burning calories at the same time.
