    Training Log

Wanting criticism on my workout routine..

I tend to switch a few things up such as whether or not I do incline, decline, or flat bench pressing. And other things such as whether or not I use my machine to do my presses or dumbells in my chest workout. Other than that my routine stays fairly constant.

    *edit*

woops did it in excell and the message boards don't seem to like the extension type.

Incase your wondering, no leg workout in there mainly because I messed up my legs playing soccer intensely and they're always sore anyways from running etc so I never have time yet to work them.

Hopefully that will change come later this june.

Yea it is alot of running, another problem dealing with school related activities, running like that every day is essential for the physical education unit I'm currently doing. It all fits in though, I'm still loosing mass actually and cutting more to get the abs to show. Once July comes though, its going to be clean bulking all the way.
