    Cant train because of insomia/etc..

    Help!! how do i get out of this.. im recently starting to have this illness and everytime i wake up it feels su unf\refreshing... ive been lying down on the bed for 12 hours realizing that ive just been sleeping for 6 HOURS please help

    i would see a professional regarding this type of issue, if it is at all serious, try checking out a chiropractor too, they can do wonders for you
