Post Something I need to confirm

Let's say for instance I'm doing Cardio during Friday, and on Thursday it's my Bicep training. So is it fine for me to immediately do Cardio on Friday despite training my Biceps (or any other muscle groups like Triceps, Chest, Legs, etc)just one day before? I mean...will that cause any negative effects like preventing my muscles to tone and develop?

    I'm Cutting BTW.

    No

The only thing you might not want to do is do cardio right after an intense leg workout if your legs are sore.

I agree with the others, legs are the only thing you might need to watch.
