    glutes?

    where excatly are your glutes located? as u can see since i dont know where they are located, i dont work them out, but i would like to start to!

    thanks i was just wondering bc yesterday was my leg day and i woke up this morning and my butt was sore lol, like directly up under my butt, and the side of my butt was too, and i had seen somewhere, where it showed where ur glutes are, but i couldnt remember. i didnt mean to work my glutes yesterday, but i guess i did lol .... thanx tho!

    Your glutes will get hit when working legs, especially with squats and pretty much anything working your hams.

    I couldn't understand why PreMier would ask this question, but since it is not PreMier, it makes much more sense now
