I used to do the following at the end of my workouts:
Monday, Thursday:
4 x Superset: Bicycle Crunches/Vertical Leg Crunches
Tuesday, Friday:
4 x Superset: Reverse Crunches/Long Arm Crunches
I have since switched to the following, which I do 4 days per week at the end of my workouts:
Power:
3 x Hanging Leg Raises
Rep Range:
3 x Reverse Crunches
Shock:
3 x Superset: Hanging Leg Raises/Long Arm Crunches/Bicycle Crunches
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
