    Help overcomming my Plateau

I have been training for several years and I have recently stopped growing. I was told that this was because I have reached my plateau. I do eat six times a day with two hour intervals and I use egg/milk protein powder, glutamine and multi vitamins. I also recently tried using cell volumizers but that didn't work. Does anyone know how I can get past my plateau? What if any supplements should I take?

Well, if you have been trying to grow and bulking up for the past few years (or even the past few months) I would say one way to help get past a platue is to diet down a bit. If you are throwing everything at your body that you can and nothing is happeneing then it is probably ready for a change. Remember, your body typically wants to do the opposite of whatever you are doing (it is smarter than you are). Why not diet for 4-6 weeks that way it will struggle to stay anabolic and by stripping off some body fat it will be primed and ready to rebound and hopefully you can add some more size. When I bulk I usually do a a few weeks in a hypocalric state before going back to over eating and the cycle seems to help me keep growing.

P-Funk, I have heard that...I've been bulking for 18 months straight, and I've hit a pretty hard plateau. I have gained 55lbs naturally though.

Can anyone else vouch for P-Funk's idea?

it isn't my idea. Lots of people diet this way. Try doing a search for anbolic burst cycling.

18months is a long time to bulk without giving your body a break. Diets are just like training, they need to be cycled to prevent adaptation.

P-Funk...I'm considering a 4 week natural (no drugs) cutting cycle(I've never dieted), then 3 week cycle of gopro's workouts (never done them before), then one week off, then a couple cycles of M1T, 2 weeks on, 2 off, 2 on...

I figure this would be the best way to burst though a platuea..give my digestive system a rest, prime my body to use nutrients more effeciently, then naturally put on a few pounds, then bulk up fast with M1T.

Hrmm..sounds like a good idea..what do you guys think?

I have never used one test or any ph so I don't know what to think. the idea of the diet sounds great and I guess from what people say about the M1T you should be able to break through that platuea.
