    calves/forearms

    Hey all ... i'm curious to any tips or ideas on how to get calves/forearms to grow, i train them once a week and they are my weekest parts....i have naturaly tiny wrists but my arms are 17" and it looks silly and my quads are decent at 25" but my calves are like 15" i need to bring them out to look fuller and thicker...

    Well you can work calves probally 2-3 times a week.
    These are my favorite faces : - - -

    Personal Bests:

    Bench - 235
    Deadlift - 315 X 17
    Squat - 315 X 11
    40 yrd. - 4.65

    I believe the same holds true for forearms...
