I like playing basketball, doing HIIT cardio, or maybe having an MP3 player with me so I have some entertainment.

i jump rope ... i hate running it does get boring, jumping rope can also get boring if u just go at a steady pace, but i criss cross the rope, reverse jump, skip, and a bunch of other shyt with the rope ... for about 10-20 mins (not straight) bc i lose my step sometimes ... but it's pretty "fun" ... u should try it

I do martial arts twice a week. Works for me, it's fun, it's a great cardio workout, and I learn how to kick ass.

I don't mind jogging. It's my "me" time where I can listen to my music. Thanks to how small .mp3 players are these days, it makes listening to whatever I want a breeze. I can just upload new songs to the player every night and go. I love it!

i hear ya, i've been trying to do the same thing. i have had good results so far with HIIT cardio 3 times a week. I usually just do a stationary bike and it takes no more than 15 minutes.

perfect. 5 minute warmup at level 3 (assuming level 6 is 100% for you).

there are studies coming out now that show that bodybuilding IS partially an effective cardio workout. in fact, when one runs for 30 minutes, their metabolism jumps up for about 24 hours, whereas one who lifts at high intensity for 30 minutes gets a boost for 48 hours. while the runner gets a higher initial boost, the added time from the lifting makes doing so worth it.

just push yourself as in weight training, if your bored your not going hard enough, i.e. people reading magazines while doing cardio, cool for a warmup or cool down, but not your intense cardio session

also if you are going to run, get outside and do it, try to find some trails or something, running on a treadmill is brutal

just keep in mind... if you're bored while doing HIIT (not counting the 5min warmup), your intensity is not high enough.
