While using creatine should i try to up my workout #'s, sets, or whatever or keep them the same and just try just up the weight?
I currently do:
Tues: Legs
Wed: Chest/bi's
Friday: Shoulders
Sunday: Back/tri's

Maintain your current routine until you get used to the creatine. I've known people to injure themselves while on creatine because they "felt" that they could lift more. And they did, but their tendons and ligaments were not ready for the sudden increase in weight.
