Mens Health Routine too much?

http://msn.menshealth.com/cda/articl...0-1298,00.html

I found this workout on msn today. It's a four day split but each workout day, they have you do the workout twice. What does everyone think about this?

I think it's nonsense. That's 32 chest sets that day and 24 bicep sets. Seems a little ridiculous to me. You can try it if you want. Your body will let you know if it's too much.

Certainly looks like a juicer workout. Is the same company that owns that mag also own Muscle and Fiction? Or it might be Men's Fitness I'm thinking of.

What's up with that diet? Three of the meals are carbs only

You're thinking of Mens' Fitness.

Juicer workout... my original thought exactly.
