quick question
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com during workouts like for my upper body my arms feel like there about 2 fall of but after the workout or the next day there not sore, does this mean im not gaining muscle??

some will argue this, but soreness is generally not a marker of progress, muscle gain whatever you wanna call it.
