Just curious, what's everyone's bicep curl load/rep?

I'm talking about on any given training day that you hit your biceps with barbell curls, not how high you've ever been or something. What's everyone's training load currently?

Mine is 60lbs (total) at 6 reps for 3-4 sets. That puts me at around a disappointing (to me at least) 70lbs one rep max, give or take a few pounds. Besides, I've only been training for a year and half so I still got lots of untapped crap.

Just wanted to see where I stand... for now. I ain't quitting training anytime soon in this lifetime.

Interesting fact: Did you all know Bruce Lee's book "Art of Expressing the Human Body" showed a record of him bicep curling 80lbs (total) for 13 reps per set? That meant that he could've busted out anywhere between 120-130lbs for one bicep curl rep max !!!! It may not seem much, but considering his weight never got higher than 140-150...demon strength, I tell ya.

100 pounds for 6 reps, 3 sets. I have no idea what one 1 rep would be.

I haven't done straight bar curls in a while. Last time I did them I could do 85 for 8-10 reps. However, that means nothing towards my one rep max. For some reason I am always able to max a lot more than I should. For example, I can only bench press 215 for 4 reps. However, I can max 265 with good form.

I always do hammers first, by the time I got to straight bar curls I did 115*8 for my first set.

Depending if I go heavy or not I use the 60x8-10 or 75x4-6. Eh its not to bad but don't compare yourself to others....just try and beat your personal best. Your only competition should be with yourself b/c everyone is differen't
