I am getting hellish forearm cramps after my back and Bi workout.
It happens after my workout when I move my arm, like hammer curl
position. It's the top of the forearm that cramps like it's mega pumped.
I usually do
Fr pull downs
Dead lift
Seated rows
One arm rows
Straight bar curls
Hammer curls (twist at top)
dumbell curls
Preacher curls
I am wondering if there is a supplement I can take to help this.
