"chest" development help!!

    "chest" development help!!

    okay this may be a dumb question, but i was just wondering when doing chest exercises, where should i see muscle developement (i'm a female) i feel the burn when and after i do the workout, but i'm just wondering where should i see muscle development, and how? a while back somebody told me it would help make my breasts "stand up" more ... true??

    A female's pecs are no different than a males pecs, except a female has breast tissue covering about have of them. Depending on the size of your breast and how lean you are will be the two factors. Either way, yes your breasts will stand out more as your pecs get larger, but you should also be able to feel and/or see some pec development in the upper region of your pecs.
