    My Home Gym

This is my home gym, it's in our basement, total size is only around 450sq.ft. It's separated into two rooms becuase of the stairway, so it was hard to take pics of it.
Equipped with Body Solid and Norda Trac cardio equipment.

yup, I only use it around two times per week cause I also train at the local rec center, but it is great having it down there, well worth the investment.

if we had a bigger basement there would be more equipment, but with our current basement there is no more room.

I've always wanted one, but i'm afraid i'd have to go all out and get everything, or else I just wouldnt use it.

Looking very good though - nice set up.

Nice! Must be great having a wife that works out. I doubt that I could talk mine into giving up that much space. At least I FINALLY will have a basement come November, so I'll be getting at least some basic equipment. I'll still use my gym though since most of my workouts happen at lunchtime.

well, I can do just about everything in my home gym. Of course I do not have a leg press, cable cross over, pec deck, stuff like that, so when I want to use that equipment I go to the rec center.

if we had a full sized basement I would have everything!

See, I kind of get a kick out of doing whatever exercises I want with what I have. Or finding workarounds. "You say this or that piece of equipment is essential! Hah! I say it is not!"

Makes me feel all MacGyver and shit.
