    This is a bit late

I've been finding it hard to find the time with work and all. But I am going to New York in the summer and I pack more muscle onto my frame. I am 7 weeks away from going. I know this is really late in the day, but do you guys have any tips on how to pack on lean muscle fast without adding too much fat?

Well, if you have never worked out before you can probably add a few pounds pretty quickly, but nothing too dramatic. You aren't going to reshape your entire body in that short amount of time, sorry to say. Here is the beginner routine which I suggest as a standard:

    Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

    Full Squats 3 x 12-15
    Romanian Deadlifts 3 x 12-15

    Deadlifts 3 x 12-15
Wide Chinups 3 x 12-15 (Or as many as you can do)

    Bench Press 3 x 12-15
    Military Press 3 x 12-15

    Bicycle Crunches 3 x Failure
    Reverse Crunches 3 x Failure

After a week or so, move to 8-12 repititions. The first week is just to help you get your form down so you don't injure yourself.
