Q about my chest atrophying
supp dudes.
I stopped bench pressing for a while cuz of shoulder problems and swithched to incline DB presses and dips. I Improved in incline DB presses from 75lbs to 85lbs and in dips from BW+35 to Bw+55, but i feel as if my chest is getting smaller, can this be possible? |

also, if you are lifting lighter due to the shoulder problem then yes you could lose some size, if you're no longer stimulating the muscle with heavy weights it will atrophy.
