I found out today that I somehow managed to pull my groin. My PT has forbidden me to run/bike and lift weights with my lower body for 4 weeks. I've been lifting heavy weights and running 5 miles a day in preparation for a marathon. I'd like to find out - how much damage am I going to do over the next four weeks ): I plan on swimming and lifting w/ upper body but I'm so afraid my C/V is going to decrease? Man oh man oh man . . . . |
