    Squat/Deads/Bench

Im all out of whack i think. My weights are all over the place. My body isn't symmetrical in strength...how do you gauge where your weights should be in comparison with other lifts...for example

    Dead -- 3 sets of 6 with 325
    Squat - 3 sets of 6 with 315
    Bench - 3 sets of 8 with 225 (1 set of 275 at 4 reps)

    Alt DB Curls - 3 sets of 7 with 60 lb DB's
    BB curls - 3 sets of 6 with 115

Barbell military press -- 3 sets of 6-8 with 185
bent over BB rows - 3 sets of 6-8 with 195

    etc.

Im not proportioned in strength...how do i fix this or bring up my week points?

I generally do 3 sets of 6-8 reps. 4 day split

    Monday-- chest/bi
    tuesday -- back
    thurs -- legs/tris
    friday -- shoulders

Everyone has certain muscles that develop better than others. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hell, I can bench press the same amount I can full squat. That just shouldn't be...
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

well i would say that your squat is weak then...i used to bench 225 and squat 225...now my squat is up in the higher 300's and my bench in the upper 200's i think that is more proportioned...

    today i did

Incline 3x8 with 225 (i did the same thing on flat last week )
    Flat DB 3x8 with 95 lb db's
    etc...

i do my squat tomorrow i'll see if i can get more than 315 for 3x6...cuz that is too low i think but i also think my bench sucks! wtf! any suggestions to increase my weights as well as increase my mass...i know strength is low weights, high intensity high weight (4-6) and size moderate weights, moderate intensity, moderate weight (8-10)
