    whats the best way 2 get ripped?? and also does speed lifting help any? and plz dont give me any links, thanx

    Cutting the fat is the only way. Adding muscle mass helps, but diet is really the key. Post your diet in the diet & nutrition forum and let them tear it apart for you.
