Obliques

hey, i am new hreer and this is my first post so please do not flame me. I am looking for some exercises to add some slabe sof muscle over the ribs right under my pecs i have huge lat and pecs and good abs and side obliques but it seems that i cannot add any muscle on the side?

Do you want a bigger waist or something. If your lats, rectus, and obliques are all good, then what muscle are you talking about?

I think he is talking about the serratus anterior. you can hit them with db/bb pullovers and with the kneeling rope crunch...
