    Is this recommended?

Hey fellas .. just wondering that is it adviceable to do cardio (HIIT) on the same day as lifting weights. I am at 21% body fat and wanna bring it down to like 15% or so by the end of august .. for the past 2 mnths i only do weights at my gym but now i am planning on starting cardio and am very much intreseted in HIIT .. so should i be doing this the same days as i lift weights? I lift weights 6 days week .. concentrating on one major muscle every day bisceps/chest/triceps/day off/shoulders/legs/back/day off repeat. Do about 6 exercises of 3 to 4 sets .. please advice if this is a good plan .. thanks

I would save HIIT cardio for non-weight training days...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

personaly I prefer a 4 day split routine:

    Day 1: Chest/Biceps
    Day 2: Quads/Hammies
    Day 3: HIIT/Abs/Calves
    Day 4: Shoulders/Triceps
    Day 5: Back/Traps
    Day 6: HIIT/Abs/Calves
Day 7: Off or Repeat cycle
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
