    The only time I might ever consider something crazy like that is right before I take a week off. Otherwise, I'm not sure I could handle it.

    Sounds like fun, but I'm with cowpimp....I'd only use it if I were going on my week off. Other then that it would probably affect my other workouts way to much due to being sore.
