    Hello!
I've been training for about 2 years..
my problim is mostly when I do "Biceps", it started a few months ago, when I do biceps with a barbel or " curved barbel on a chair ", the middle part of my arms hurts each time I finish my set and let go of the barbel..

the problim developed, and now I cant even do a single set with the usual weight, the middle of my arm hurts like hell..

Take two weeks off and start off again slow. Have you ever taken such a break in the last two years? I consider a couple of 2 week breaks a year to be crucial. As a young man, like most young athletes, I not only considered my body invincable but was afraid to take these rest breaks cause I was so goal driven. I was wrong on both counts and paid for it.

In your two weeks off you can run, bike, play ball, whatever but your going to have to stay away from weights completely. If you still get the pain when you start back up your going to have to see a DR. . But only go to one whos heavily into sports medicine. I am guessing you have a strained tendon, for all you know you have a stress fracture. Your just going to have to let your body rest and heal.........................and best wishes.............Rich
