Rate my routine
I'm planning on this routine next two weeks,
then stay on a 4-day split afterwards. I want to do five days next week, not because I am a sadist, but because I slacked off the last two weeks, so to make up for it, I'm gonna hit it hard. A five day split is tough, but if I put the 3rd day in a row on a weekend day like Sunday, I'll just sleep most of that day. I want to do shoulders 2x week, as I think I have bad posture, so hitting them hard like that should tighten up my back really good. BB is my religion. There's no doubt, I'm one of the devout.
