    Shoulders coming out of socket?!?

Hey u all. Ive been back from my shoulder injry for about 2 months, so im basically 95-100%. Feeling great. NO pain, minimal at most. Anyways, ive noticed no pain BUT i notice that if i do a softball rotation (swing your arms in a circle 360 degrees), i notice that my shoulder seems to like come out(like move position) then go back to normal. It doenst hurt at all, it just feels weird. Im not talking about cracking or popping, it just feels like it moves. Can anyone explain this?
