Cutting sucks.
|
meeting my goals
right now i am 5' 10-1/2" (that fact wont ever change) and am 3 weeks shy of 21 years old. i started lifting when i was 142 lbs, now im 174. my goal is to bulk up to 200 lbs by christmas then cut to 190 by mid-march (hmmm, whats mid-march? spring break in the dominican republic!) retaining as much lbm as possible. that means bulking up 25 lbs in 25 weeks and then dropping 10 lbs in 10 weeks.
is this reasonable? im currently sucking down about 3300 calories a day (90g fat, 365 carb, 255 protein) and am cycling protein now, gonna do 8 weeks on, 4 off, 8 on, 4 off. i should be able to make that christmas goal, right? then is it reasonable to cut 10 lbs in 10 weeks while retaining lbm? what can i do to help reach these goals? |
