    is something wrong with me???

Okay so i stopped bodybuilding. Im trying to lose weight in the gym. I workout every day, giving 2 days off a week. Ill go in the gym and do total body workouts 3 days, then give a day off. Then 3 days on, one day off...im expecting to lose weight and lose muscle. But im getting bigger muscles. My arms are growing, shoulders are growing, chest is flattening. But im not giving my muscles a week rest, only like 2 days rest every 3 days....i am losing fat, but still getting bigger muscles....is something wrong with me???

if you are new to resistance training you will gain LBM very easily if you have a good diet. if you don't want to gain any more muscle do not increase the weights that you are currently using in your routine...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

If you are just starting to train than gains will come really fast as your body is overall shocked by training. If that's the case you might want to cut down to 4 days a week doing each body part once a week plus 15mins on the treadmill of 15 second sprints 3 times a week & give your body those extra days off.

You will probably get even bigger & lose even more body fat that way.

    Good luck.
